Cauliflower á la Spicy Buffalo Style

Who would have THUNK-IT!?

Cauliflower, covered in batter, covered in hot sauce, covered in deliciousness!

I first tried this magnificent dish at Mohawk Bend

It's super easy, fast, and yummy!

Buy a huge head of cauliflower. You won't regret it

Anything smothered with batter is automatically delicious. No?

Looks like chicken... Ok, maybe not

 I used Earth Balance Natural Buttery Spread to mix in with the hot sauce

Earth Balance "is where it's at"

Pour the sauce over the baked cauliflower and you're done!
