To do something but do nothing

Has it always been like this?

Have people always been so negligent of the value of their word?

Dictum Meum Pactum;

My word is my bond;

Word is bond;

The words that come out of my mouth

Equal my truth, my commitment, my SELF

To mean what you say and

Say what you mean

Is a forgotten art

The feeling of being aligned

With the words we say engenders
Self-esteem, self-worth, and self-trust
