More On The Dark Side

While on my quest to learn more

About the “Dark Side” aka “The Shadow”

I discovered a little bit more to share with you

This dark side or shadow side

Is the core of the personality we

Begin to assemble early on in life

It’s not a true-self but a manufactured-self;

Assembled due to the incapability

Of the child body and psychology

To process overwhelming emotions

Shadows are actually quite boring and

Extremely common

A few I can think of are:

I’m bad

I’m lacking

I’m wrong

I’m unlovable

No mystery here right?

I think the mysterious and juicy stuff

Is what we put on top of this core-belief:

The way we behave to cover the

Wounded-manufactured-self

That’s where the devil is
